Family room adjacent to kitchen is where folks gather to watch TV, help themselves to a hot or cold beverage, have a snack (table shown in Photo Overview) play with the dogs and cat, kibbitz with the hostess (or guest) that’s preparing a meal in the adjacent kitchen (not shown), or access the patio dining area and pool.  Painting over the sofa is by area artist, Faigee, who won best in show at the annual  juried Tubac Art Fair several years ago.

Carpeted rec room next door is a great play or sleeping area for children or teens and has a queen size Lazyboy sofa bed and matching sectional sofa and recliner, queen size inflatable Aerobed, TV/VCR, nerf basketball, table and chairs, mini-tramp, toddler toys, and pingpong table.  It opens to a shaded patio where there’s a refrigerator for guest use.  This spacious self-contained living space is popular with longterm visitors.
